Guided Strategy Consultation
Using the Yi Jing as an analytical lens, I map the forces at play in a strategic situation β its current state, its strengths and weaknesses, and where it is moving β surfacing what standard analysis tends to miss.
For leaders facing genuinely uncertain strategic decisions where conventional frameworks have already been applied and clarity is still missing.

The study of change is old.
Long before modern systems theory, ancient traditions across civilisations were already mapping how change works β how balance tips, how cycles turn and follow one another, how a single action sets change in motion. Not prediction, but a way of reading the dynamics beneath a situation.
What draws me to this is that it doesn't stay abstract.
The same patterns that govern a season or a decision govern a market, an organisation, a technology. Reading them is what lets me build systems that work in harmony with the world rather than against it. The ancient study and the modern work are one practice.
