Privacy Policy

1. What data is collected
- Contact form: name, email address, the enquiry category you select, and the content of your message.
- Course-interest registration: your email address (and name if provided). If you arrive via a marketing link (for example, from LinkedIn or Instagram), we record which channel referred you, together with your registration.
- Booking a call: handled by Calendly β any data you provide there is processed under Calendlyβs own privacy terms.
- Analytics: anonymous, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) collected without cookies. No individual tracking, no advertising profiles.
No cookies are used for tracking. No special-category data is sought.
2. Why it is collected, and legal basis (GDPR Art. 6 / Swiss FADP)
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request β basis: your consent, and steps taken at your request prior to a possible engagement.
- To notify you about the Yi Jing course when a cohort opens β basis: your consent.
- To understand site usage and improve the site β basis: legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the website (minimal, anonymous data).
3. Who it is shared with (processors)
Personal data is processed with the help of these service providers, only as needed to operate the site:
- Vercel β website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
- Resend β delivery of contact-form / registration notifications.
- Calendly β call scheduling, only if you choose to book.
- Proton β email (hello@tieumsan.com and/or courses@tieumsan.com) where your correspondence is received.
No personal data is sold or shared for advertising.
4. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Switzerland/the EU. Where that occurs, it is covered by appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
5. How long it is kept
Enquiry and registration data is kept only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of any resulting engagement, then deleted within a reasonable period thereafter.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and request portability. To exercise any right, email hello@tieumsan.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC or your local EU data-protection authority.

This policy may be updated; the current version is always the one published here.
