Product strategy and ecosystem coordination for blockchain, AI, and regenerative systems.

Book a discovery call

This is a strategic and architectural practice for organisations building at the edge of blockchain, AI, and regenerative systems. The work is to turn emerging-technology ambition into coherent products, ecosystems, and strategies that hold under real-world conditions.

Translation across technical, product, regulatory, and economic domains

The hardest problems sit at the interface β€” between engineers and lawyers, product teams and regulators, technical possibility and economic incentive. The work is to move fluently across these registers and make decisions that account for all of them.

Structuring blockchain, AI, and decentralised products

Most projects stall not because the technology fails, but because the pieces don't hold together. The work is to map a system end-to-end, find where it's loosely coupled or working against itself, and shape a structure that fits both the technology and the people who'll use it.

Strategy and roadmaps for tokenomics, governance, and ecosystem coordination

A token, a governance model, or a coordination structure is a system of incentives β€” one that either compounds value over time or quietly erodes it. The work is to shape these so they hold up under adversarial conditions, regulatory scrutiny, and long horizons.

How I work

1

I move first.

In fast-moving situations, acting on good information and adjusting beats waiting for certainty. I help clients make the first move deliberately β€” early enough to shape the outcome, measured enough to avoid the reckless version of speed.

2

I find the signal in the noise.

My strongest instinct is for patterns β€” distilling large, messy flows of information into the few points that actually decide an outcome. Where others see complexity, I tend to see the through-line.

3

I diagnose before I prescribe.

Most engagements begin by finding what's actually broken β€” before proposing anything new. Real diagnosis is slower at the start and faster across the whole engagement.

4

I turn complexity into structure.

I take chaotic situations and organise them into something simple and durable that a team can rely on β€” designed to compound over time, across market cycles and changes in leadership.

5

I hold the domains together.

The hardest problems live at the interface between domains. I move across them in a single engagement, testing decisions in one against their consequences in the others before committing.

6

I work in the open.

Strategy only matters if the people acting on it are genuinely with you. I build alignment by being visible and direct β€” earning it rather than assuming it.

SORA Wallet β€” scaling a live mobile wallet to 175% growth

SORA Wallet β€” scaling a live mobile wallet to 175% growth

I took ownership of a mature mobile wallet (iOS and Android) serving the SORA network, leading a cross-cultural team of 10+ developers, analysts, QA, and designers across two languages (English, Russian). Within two months, the product grew 175% in users β€” the result of tightening coordination, clarifying priorities, and getting a complex team moving in one direction.

SORA Card β€” bridging traditional and decentralised finance

SORA Card β€” bridging traditional and decentralised finance

I managed the integration of a crypto-to-fiat card on the MasterCard network, connecting decentralised finance to the traditional payment system. I defined the technical requirements and led implementation of the blockchain-to-payment gateway bridge, coordinating across the technical, product, and regulatory constraints a project at that interface demands.

SORA Blockchain β€” translating vision into protocol

SORA Blockchain β€” translating vision into protocol

I coordinated the SORA blockchain development team, turning business requirements into blockchain features and keeping development aligned with the CEO's vision and the wider community. The work was translation: between executive direction, technical implementation, and the decentralised governance ecosystem that had to move with it.

Head of the SORA Department β€” leading a 20-person product tribe

I led the SORA product department β€” a tribe of 20+ people spanning blockchain infrastructure, mobile, and web β€” reporting directly to the CEO. I coordinated three parallel technical teams across distinct domains, owning strategy, product architecture, and ecosystem business development, and translating executive direction into structured multi-team delivery.

Every complex system lives in a tension between efficiency and resilience.
Too far toward either and it fails β€” the ones that last hold the balance between them, inside a narrow window of viability.

But that balance never sits still.
Conditions shift, and what was aligned falls out of alignment β€” so the real discipline is reading change itself: the patterns by which systems move, and move again. That study is ancient, and it is the other half of this practice.
